ODU has won 22 or more games in seven of the past eight seasons and has advanced to postseason play for eight consecutive years. In his first season as a starter, Wright scored double figures 13 times and ranked 20th in the league in rebounding (5.2 rpg). Hill, a transfer from Clemson, averaged 11.2 ppg over the Monarchs’ final five games. Batten netted at least seven points in ODU’s final 11 contests. Painter made 18 starts for N.C. State over the past two seasons and contributed 6.2 ppg and 4.3 rpg in 2011-12. He scored nine points in the Pack’s victory over San Diego State in the NCAA Tournament.
